학과소개 / Introduction
1990년대 초 드라마로 시작한 한류의 전 세계적 확산은 K-Pop으로 그 영역이 확장되며 최근 문학, 음식, 뉴미디어, 생활문화를 포괄하는 K-Culture로 발전하고 있습니다. 콘텐츠 제작과 산업적 측면이 강조된 이전의 한류를 업그레이드하여 한국의 문화와 철학 그리고 Life-Style을 전 세계에 알리는 진정한 한류전문가 양성 기관이 한국에 부족한 것은 사실입니다. 2012년 국내 최초 한류교육전문기관으로 설립된 배재대학교 한류문화산업학과는 문화를 가교로 연계될 전 세계 국가들과 밀접한 네트워킹을 통해 뉴미디어와 문화 콘텐츠를 매개로 전 세계와 진정한 소통을 실현하는 한류 전문가를 양성하는 실무 프로젝트 중심 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다.
The global spread of the Hallyu (Korean Wave), which began from drama area in the early 1990s, to expanded to K-Pop, and has been recently developed onto general Korean culture including literature, food, new media and living culture. Hallyu(Korea wave) expert training institution is required in order to introduce Korean culture, philosophy, and life-style to the world by upgrading the previous Hallyu concept narrowly focused on contents production and industrial aspects.
‘Hallyu Culture Industry Department’ in Pai-Chai University founded in 2012 provides a practically project-focused education system at present provding for train Hallyu (Korea wave) experts who can closely communicate and having the network with all over the world by using new media and culture contents.
