학과 교육목적

경영 전반에 걸친 폭넓은 전문지식 및 새로운 경영관리기법을 교육함으로써 글로벌, 정보화 시대의 급격한 경영환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 유능한 인력을 양성한다.

학과 교육목표

학과 소개

기업을 둘러싼 역동성이 지속적으로 확대되는 가운데 창의적이고 독자적인 문제해결 역량을 가진 유능한 경영자 및 관리자에 대한 수요가 늘어가고 있다. 대학원 경영학과에서는 역동적인 경영환경 변화에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 과학적인 경영관리 수단을 폭넓게 교육시키고 있다. 경영환경의 역동성의 가속화로 인해 기업들의 미래 예측과 합리적인 경영방식의 적용이 요청되는 상황이다. 대학원 경영학과는 이러한 사회변화에 적극적으로 순응하는 전문 고급 경영인을 양성하기 위해 다각적인 접근방법을 적용한다.

As the dynamics surrounding enterprises continues to expand, there is an increasing demand for competent managers and administrators with creative and unique ability to solve problems. The department of graduate school offers a wide range of educational tools for scientific management that can respond appropriately to changes in the dynamic business environment. Acceleration of the driving force of the business environment requires the company's future prediction and application of a reasonable management method. The graduate school of business administration applies multilateral approaches to train professional executives who adapt to such social changes.

학과 내규

1. 선수과목은 학부에 개설된 과목 중 지도교수와 상의하여 선택한다. 단, 지도교수는 주임교수와 사전 협의한다.
2. 외국어시험, 종합시험, 논문 등은 대학원 규정에 따른다.
3. 논문계획 발표(Proposal)는 학과 교수들에게 공개적으로 실시한다.

MGMT6306 재무관리세미나 3학점

현대 재무관리의 이론을 체계적으로 이해하고, 이를 실제 재무 의사결정 및 기업의 재무관리 실무에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 능력을 배양하도록 한다.

MGMT6601 경영학세미나(Seminar in Business Management) 3학점

사례연구를 통해 기업경영에 관한 이론과 지식을 실제 문제해결에 적용할 수 있도록 한다.

MGMT6602 기업 환경론(Business Environment) 3학점

기업을 둘러싸고 있는 경영환경 즉 기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 기능과 기업과의 역동적 관계를 심층 분석한다.

This course explores the general and specific issues surrounding business environment. The environment refers to institutions or forces that are outside the organizations and potentially affecting the firm´s performance.

MGMT6603 연구조사 방법론(Research Methodology) 3학점

사회과학에서 널리 활용되고 있는 여러 가지 조사방법에 관한 이론과 절차 등에 대해 학습함으로써 대학원 과정에서 요구되는 조사연구의 기본훈련을 실시한다.

MGMT6604 경영정책연구(Studies in Business Policy and Strategy) 3학점

기업 경영환경을 분석하고 경영자원과 능력을 평가하며 경쟁력 있는 경영전략을 도출할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구한다.

MGMT6605 국제 경영환경론(International Business Environment) 3학점

조직, 재무관리, 회계, 마케팅, 세무 등 경영제분야에 미치는 국제 경영 환경에 대해 심층분석하며 국제기업정책 및 전략수립을 주제로 한다.

MGMT6606 통계 분석 기법 연구 (Studies in Statistical Analysis) 3학점

통계이론이 사회과학 실증분석에 적용될 때 제기되는 문제점과 해결방안을 연구하며, 각종 통계분석기법을 사례 중심으로 연구한다.

MGMT6607 조직 행동연구(Organizational Behavior) 3학점

조직 내에서의 인간의 행동, 즉 성격의 형성, 변화, 태도, 동기부여, 리더쉽,커뮤니케이션, 갈등 및 조정 등을 연구하고 환경의 변화에 따른 조직변화와 인간의 반응을 행동과학적 입장에서 분석한다.

MGMT6608 조직 이론(Organization Theory) 3학점

기업의 현대적 경영조직에 관한 이론을 체계적으로 이해하고, 실제 현장에서의 사례를 조사분석하도록 한다.

MGMT6610 조직문화론(Studies on Organizational Culture) 3학점

조직문화는 구성원들의 공유된 믿음, 구성원이 공통적으로 가지고 있는 가치라고 할 수 있기 때문에 조직문화가 어떻게 조직의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는지에 대해 연구한다.

This course examines how organi- zational culture maximizes the organizational effectiveness. The main motivation of this course stems from the fact that organizational culture is a system of shared meaning within an organization that determines how employees act.

MGMT6611 임금관리론(Theory of Wage and Salary Administration) 3학점

조직구성원이 노동 대가로 지급 받는 임금의 수준, 체제, 형태를 분석하여 공정하고 합리적인 임금관리 방법을 도출할 수 있도록 한다.

인적자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 인력충원 및 직무교육, 인사고과, 임금, 복지 후생, 인간관계, 노사관계, 인사감사 등 인사관리 제 분야를 연구한다.

MGMT6613 노사 관계연구(Studies on Labor Relations) 3학점

노동조합의 형성 및 구조는 물론 법적인 환경에 대해 다루며 노동조합과 경영자들과의 관계 등을 중점 연구한다.

This course provides analyses on formation, evaluation, and structure of labor unions, as well as the legal environment. The relationship between labor unions and the management of organization is explored in many areas such as collection bargaining grievance procedures, participative management, etc.

MGMT6614 조직행동 특수 연구(Special Topics in Organizational Behavior) 3학점

조직에서 인간행동에 관한 제반 선행연구를 중심으로 토의하고 각 이론을 고찰하며, 현장연구를 통해서 조직행동 문제를 심층 연구한다.

MGMT6615 경영 환경과 조직 적응 (Business Environment and Contingency Theory) 3학점

경영과 환경간의 관계, 환경변화에 따른 조직의 기계적/유기적모형, 경영자의 가치관, 경영철학과 윤리관의 관계, 사회적 책임 등을 연구한다.

MGMT6616 조직문화와 조직유효성 (Orga nizational Culture and Organi zational Effectiveness) 3학점

조직문화와 사회문화, 조직문화와 조직체환경, 우리 나라 기업의 조직환경, 조직유효성의 성격 및 개념, 조직 유효성에 미치는 요인, 조직 갈등 이론 등을 연구한다.

Organizational Culture constrains managers to the extent that it acts as an automatic filter that biases the manager´s perceptions, thoughts, and feelings. Therefore this course focuses the relations organizational culture and organizational effectiveness.

MGMT6617 리더쉽과 모티베이션이론(Leadership and Motivation Theory) 3학점

조직행위론에 있어 리더쉽과 모티베이션은 성원관리에 필수적인 이론이므로 이 두 가지 측면을 집중 연구한다.

MGMT6620 인력 개발론(Manpower Development) 3학점

현대인사관리의 조류에 맞춰 종업원을 인적자원으로 보고 이들을 채용부터 퇴직에 이르기까지 경영조직내의 종업원 능력을 개발하고 유지하여 조직의 목표에 근접하도록 하기 위한 체계적인 연구를 한다.

MGMT6621 노사관계 관리론 특수 연구(Special Issues in Labor Relation) 3학점

노사관계의 프리미엄, 산업민주주의의 개념과 중요성, 시대 변천에 따른 한국 노동조합의 문제점과 개선방안, 단체교섭제도와 단체 협약의 내용과 법률적 효력 등을 연구한다.

MGMT6625 관리회계연구(Managerial Accounting) 3학점

경영관리는 물론 기획, 조정, 통제에 필요한 회계자료를 분석하고 사용하는 방법을 중심으로 내부 경영자를 위한 회계정보제공을 연구대상으로 한다.

한국의 소득세 제도를 살펴보고 개인과 기업에 영향을 미치는 소득세법에 대해서도 고찰한다. 특히 법인세 결정에 관해 집중 연구한다.

공공적 자금 또는 국가나 공공 단체의 공유 자산에 의하여 영위되는 기업에 관한 회계로서 자본주의 체제하에서 공공적 자본에 의해 생산활동을 영위하는 기업들의 회계에 대하여 연구한다.

MGMT6640 생산 관리연구(Operation Management) 3학점

기업경영에 있어 제품과 서비스의 산출과정에 대해 연구하며, 복잡한 생산 및 서비스환경을 분석하고 생산시스템의 설계와 운영에 관련된 생산관리 문제를 중심으로 연구한다.

합리적인 의사결정을 위한 선형 최적화의 제 기법과 그 적용에 가장 기본적인 선형계획법, 목표계획법, 수송방법, 할당방법, 그리고 정수계획법과 같은 의사결정기법의 적용문제를 연구한다.

경영 정보 분야에서의 최근의 연구 동향 및 특정 과제에 관해 선별적으로 연구한다.특히 기업이나 기타 조직에서 계획, 통제, 조정 및 의사결정 목적으로 정보를 수집 가공하는데 중점을 둔다.

This course will cover a set of interrelated component working together to collect, retrieve, process, store and disseminate information for the purpose of facilitating planning, control, coordination and decision making in business and other organizations.

효율적인 마케팅 계획 및 전략 수립 방법에 대해 연구한다. 시장계획, 시장전략, 제품 라이프싸이클 전략, 신제품개발전략 등이 주요 내용이다.

대부분의 기업들이 직면하는 문제들을 사례연구를 통해 진단하는 방법을 학습한다.
