창조적인 지식과 연구역량을 갖춘 국제무역 및 통상전문가를 육성하여 학문발전과 국가경제발전에 기여한다.

학과 교육목표

체계적인 이론과 실무적인 내용으로 구성된 교육과정을 통하여 국제화·정보화시대를 주도할 국제무역전문가, 국제물류전문가, 국제경영전문가 및 국제통상전문가를 육성한다.

학과 소개

국제통상학과는 국제화시대에 선도적인 역할을 담당할 수 있는 인재를 양성할 수 있도록 국제무역실무, 국제물류, 국제경영 및 국제통상분야의 체계적인 이론과 실무내용들로 구성된 체계적인 교육과정을 제공하고 있다. 이들 교육과정을 통하여 국제무역 및 국제통상분야에서 이론과 실무능력 그리고 연구능력을 겸비함으로써 급격히 변화하는 국제통상환경에 대응할 수 있는 국제무역 및 물류전문가, 국제경영전문가 및 국제통상전문가를 양성하고 있다.

Department of International commerce offers advanced and specialized academic programs to help students be experts who are able to play leading roles in the era of globalization and the department also helps the students acquire multi-disciplinary knowledge in the fields of international trade and logistics as well as international business management. The academic programs give the students a solid background in the disciplines of international trade practice, international logistics, international business management in addition to specialized courses in international commerce. The department also aims to foster creative talents with practical skills and theoretical knowledge acquired through our educational programs.

국제통상학학과 내규

• 선수과목은 학과에 개설된 과목 중 선택하도록 한다. 단, 이 경우 학과장과 사전 협의한다.
• 종합시험 : 학생이 이수한 과목 중 일반전공과 주전공 각각 1과목에 응시한다.

• 논문계획발표는 교내교수로 구성된 심사위원 앞에서 공개적으로 실시하고 심사결과를 대학원에 보고한다.
• 타 세부전공과목을 각 세부전공에서 1과목 이상 수강하여야 한다.

ICOM6605 무역관계법(Korean Trade Laws and Regulations) 3학점

우리나라의 대외무역법, 외환관리법, 관세법의 주요 내용을 이해하고 국제무역거래시 이들 규정들의 적용과정과 문제점을 연구한다.

· 권장선수과목 : ICOM1202 무역관계법

This course is designed to study Korean major trade laws and regulations including the international trade laws, the customs law and foreign exchange transactions law and also to study how those laws can be adopted in international trade.

ICOM6606 글로벌 마케팅(Global Marketing) 3학점

시장개방으로 인한 무역자유화에 따른 국제무역환경 요인의 변화를 분석하고, 환경변화에 대응한 성공적인 거래전략의 구상과 검토를 위해 제품, 가격, 유통경로, 판촉 등 전반적인 마케팅 경쟁요인을 도출한다.

It aims to analyze the overall competitive factors such as products, prices, distribute channels and promotions in global markets for carrying the successful business taking advantages of international business environments resulting from the liberalization of trade.

ICOM6611 국제금융시장 연구(International Financial Market) 3학점

국제금융거래의 원리와 가격결정모형을 분석하고, 국제금융기관과 국제통화제도, 국제금융시장에 대한 분석과 국제수지에 관한 이론 및 정책효과를 학습한다.

Students can have a chance to analyze the principles and pricing models of international financial transactions, and to study international finance institutes, international monetary systems and the balance of payment theory and policy effects.

ICOM6614 세계시장사례 연구(Case Study on the International Markets) 3학점

세계시장의 동향 및 마케팅 현황 등을 분석하고 우리나라 상품과 외국 경쟁상품의 시장동향을 분석함으로써 우리나라 기업의 국제경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략과제를 모색한다.

This study concentrates on the analysis of international market situations, marketing strategies carried out by major competing companies from all over the world and tries to find out the competitive marketing strategies for Korean companies to strengthen the international competitiveness.

ICOM6616 통상분쟁사례 연구(Case Study on International Dispute Settlements) 3학점

외국기업과 국제무역업무과정에서 발생되는 무역분쟁과 국제간의 통상분쟁을 사전에 예방하고 분쟁이 발생할 경우 해결할 수 있는 방안들을 사례들을 통하여 학습한다.

It tries to search for the best methods and ways to settle the trade and commerce disputes arising from international disputes between trading companies and nations by analyzing those kinds of previous case studies.

ICOM6622 국제재무관리 연구(International Financial Management) 3학점

국제금융시장의 자금조달, 환위험관리, 국제자본예산, 운전자본관리에 대한 원리와 제반 관련계약의 가격결정원리를 학습한다.

This course is to study the principles and related contract pricing of financing in international financial markets, FX risk management, international capital budgeting, and working capital management.

ICOM6623 국제무역세미나(Seminar on International Trade) 3학점

글로벌 환경에서 이루어지는 무역계약, 계약이행, 국제물류 및 운송, 국제전자결제 문제 등 국제상무절차의 전반에 관한 문제와 발전방안을 토의한다.

Students will have a chance to study new trade systems and procedures in global environment with the electronic trade, and think about the expected problems and derive the strategic tasks to solve them.

ICOM6626 국제포트폴리오투자 연구(International Portfolio Investment) 3학점

국제금융시장의 투자 및 자금조달에서 수익률 최대화와 위험 최소화를 달성할 수 있는 포트폴리오 선택 및 구성의 원리와 관련 파생상품의 헤징방법을 연구한다.

This course deals with the principles of portfolio selection and composition to acquire the max-return and min-risk in international investment and financing and the hedging methods with the relevant derivatives.

ICOM6627 해외직접투자 연구(Foreign Direct Investment) 3학점

기업의 해외직접투자 동기를 분석하고, 투자사업의 수익성분석과 운영전략 및 투자금 회수전략에 대한 원리와 관련 사례들을 연구한다.

This study analyzes the motives and major determinants of FDI, deals with the principles of profitability evaluation, operation, and profit remittance strategies of investment projects, and makes case studies of FDI projects.

ICOM6631 외환파생상품 연구(Foreign Exchange Derivatives) 3학점

외환위험 및 국제금리위험 헤지를 위해 개발된 국제금융선물, 옵션, 스왑 등의 거래원리와 계약가격결정모형 및 거래전략을 연구한다.

ICOM6634 무역상무 연구(International Trade Practices) 3학점

국제무역거래에 필요한 실무지식의 무역거래절차에 대한 적용과 관련하여, 시장조사부터 무역계약, 무역분쟁해결에 이르기까지 거래전반의 관행과 거래원리를 연구 대상으로 한다.

This course pursues to study the all steps of export and import in international trade which can be adopted in trade transactions ranging from the stage of market research to trade dispute settlements.

ICOM6635 전자무역 연구(Electronic Trade) 3학점

전자무역 및 무역자동화 관련 수출입절차, 전자결제시스템을 이해하고 국제기구차원에서 논의되고 있는 전자무역 수행절차의 발전현황 등을 학습한다.

It deals with the processes of export and import in international electronic trade environments, and studies the current issues discussed in the world organizations such as OECD, UNCITRAL, WTO and so on.

ICOM6636 국제통상환경 연구(International Commercial Environments) 3학점

다자간 협정, 지역협정으로 대표되는 WTO를 중심으로 한 다자간 통상환경을 분석하고 다자간 협상환경에 적용되는 상품, 통관, 서비스, 투자, 지적재산권 등의 주요 내용을 검토한다.

ICOM6637 국제기업조직론(Multinational Enterprise Organization) 3학점

국제기업의 종류와 비즈니스 형태를 연구하고, 외국문화에 대한 이해, 커뮤니케이션, 국제협상과 관련된 이문화학습 등을 통하여 국제비즈니스를 창출하고 관리하는 방법을 학습한다.

This course pursues to understand the properties of multinational enterprises´ organizational structures and business patterns together with the inter-cultural comparative studies of personnel managements.

ICOM6638 국제무역 연구(International Trade Theory) 3학점

무역의 발생구조, 무역이익 발생과정, 교역조건 결정의 원리를 설명하는 순수무역론을 연구하며, 무역이론의 원리·도출과정·문제점 등을 분석하여 무역현상의 분석 및 예측능력을 확립한다.

ICOM6639 무역보험 연구(International Trade Insurance) 3학점

국제운송의 주된 수단인 해상운송에 관련된 위험과 부보원리 및 관행을 연구하며, 운송중의 위험을 제외한 기타 위험에 관련된 보험의 종류 및 관행을 학습한다.

This class studies the risks, the method of effecting insurance and practices regarding marine transportation which is one of the main international transportations, and studies all kinds of marine insurances and their practices.

ICOM6640 무역창업론(Exporting Enterprise Establishment) 3학점

세계시장에서 국제경쟁력을 가진 상품의 발굴과 성공적인 진출방안을 도출할 수 있도록, 외국제품에 비해 경쟁력을 가지고 성공할 수 있는 산업분야와 제품을 선정하는 방법과 수출마케팅 기법의 효율적 수행 원리를 연구한다.

통상정책수단의 출현배경과 후생효과를 분석하여, 국민후생 최대화 달성을 위한 최적통상정책 수단의 모색과 함께 국제통상기구와의 국제협상에 따른 통상환경의 변화를 분석한다.

국가경제발전의 지침이 되는 국제수지의 항목별 구체적인 내용을 연구하고, 국제수지 조정정책과 국제수지가 국민경제에 미치는 영향 등을 사례를 통하여 학습한다.

This class concentrates on the specific contents of balance of payment and analyzes the adjustment policies and the resulting effects with the help of case studies.

ICOM6655 수리국제무역론(Mathematical Theory of International Trade) 3학점

국제무역이론의 도출과정과 규명효과를 모형분석을 통해 확인하고, 미래 환경변화에 따른 무역의 변화상황을 예측할 수 있는 추정방정식을 도출한다.

ICOM6656 수리국제금융론(Mathematical International Financial Theory) 3학점

국제금융시장에서 거래되는 상품계약의 가격결정원리와 개방경제의 거시경제균형 결정과정의 모형분석을 수행하고, 각 금융시장에서의 가격 행태특성을 수리모형을 통해 규명한다.

This course aims to analyze the pricing principles of financial product contracts and the models of equilibrium determination processes, and identifies the price behavior properties of individual financial markets.

ICOM6657 고급 관세론(Advanced Customs Theory) 3학점

관세정책의 국내외산업 및 국민후생에 대한 효과분석과 비관세장벽의 관세화 및 철폐에 따른 예상효과를 예측한다. 그리고 관세정책의 변화로 발생하는 기업의 글로벌경쟁환경 및 경쟁지위 변화에 대한 분석을 수행한다.

This is to study the tariff policy effects on the domestic and overseas industrial sectors and national welfares and forecasts the expected effects resulted from the abolition of non-tariff barriers. As well, this course analyzes the expected changes in global competitive environments and position of Korean companies.

ICOM6658 국제회계론(International Accounting) 3학점

국제기업경영과 관련된 회계처리의 일반이론과 특수논점 등을 분석하여 국제기업의 재무적 성과보고에 대한 방법론을 학습한다.

This course pursues to study the general knowledge and methodologies of financial performance statements through analyzing the vanilla plain theory and special issues on international accounting of multinational enterprises.

ICOM6659 무역통계분석(Trade Statistics Analysis) 3학점

상품 및 서비스무역의 국내통계자료를 분석이 가능하도록 가공처리하는 방법론과 가공된 자료정보를 통한 분석기법을 학습하고, 글로벌 상품 및 서비스의 경쟁구조 변화와 환경변화에 대한 대응전략을 추정하는 적용전략을 분석한다.

This course is to study the processing methodology of raw data on commodity and service trade and the analyzing methods of processed data information, and analyzes their application strategies to the changing competitive structures and corresponding countermeasures in the global markets.

무역거래를 위한 시장개척과 계약체결을 위한 계약서 작성은 물론 국제무역규칙들의 법적인 문제 및 무역분쟁사례를 통하여 무역상무지식을 함양한다.

This course covers the ways how to develop international markets and to draw up contracts with the counterparts abroad. Also it helps us to acquire practical knowledge in the area of trade practice by researching international trade rules and practices and international arbitration.

ICOM6661 국제통상환경 특수연구(Special Topics in International Commercial Environment) 3학점

다자주의와 지역주의 형태로 운영되고 있는 WTO체제하에서의 국제통상현안들을 분석하고, WTO의 새로운 국제통상의제를 주제별로 연구함으로써 복잡한 통상환경에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. · 권장선수과목 : ICOM6636 국제통상환경 연구

This course provides a comprehensive information on a complicated commerce environment by examining the current problems under the WTO operated in forms of Multilateralism and Regionalism.

ICOM6662 국제기업조직 특수연구(Special Topics in Multinational Enterprise Organization) 3학점

다국적기업 등과 같은 국제기업조직의 종류와 특수성을 연구하고 기업조직의 운영사례를 통하여 국제시장에서 경쟁적인 기업조직방향을 모색한다.

This special study deals with the followings :- The kinds and corresponding properties of international enterprise organization- The improvement in organization forms according to launching style and competition structures- Case Studies of major successful global enterprises.

ICOM6663 무역관계법 특수연구(Special Topics in Korean Trade Laws and Regulations)3학점

대외무역법, 관세법, 외국환거래법 등 국내의 주요 무역관련 법규와 관련된 무역실무 사례를 연구하고 이들 법규들을 국제무역법규와 비교하여 향후 개정방향 등을 연구한다.

Students may have some case studies on trade practice related to international trade laws including customs law and foreign exchange transactions law, and also this course may help students suggest desirable directions for the amendments of those trade laws in the future by comparing them with those of international trade related laws and regulations.

ICOM6664 고급 글로벌 마케팅(Advanced Global Marketing) 3학점

본 고급과정은 시장리더의 지위획득을 위한 시장요인들의 규명을 위한 시장조사, 글로벌시장에서의 TOWS 요인의 규명, 전략우위와 경쟁우위를 기반으로 하는 마케팅전략믹스의 도출을 위한 방법론을 분석하고 모색한다.

해상보험과 수출보험의 특성을 규명하고, 보험계약에서의 주요 약관과 계약내용에 따른 부보효과의 손익분석을 수행한다.

ICOM6667 통상정책 특수연구(Special Topics in International Commercial Policy) 3학점
